My car, a 94 TT, has nearly 70k miles on it and I recently had to replace one of the injectors that completely failed. Shortly after, it started idling rough, shaking a bit now and then, and power seems to cut back dramatically as soon as I hit about 5,000 RPM under WOT. So it's fairly likely that I have more to replace than just the one.My long-term goals are to produce higher boost (and I do currently via JWT chip and boost jets), but aim for better safety margins and slightly higher than what stock injectors will permit. I will never exceed 500 RWHP in this car. While I am doing the upgrade, what things should I consider servicing/replacing along the way? My initial list: CZP 550cc ECU (Federal 91 Octane) JECS 550cc injectors + adapter kit (300 Degree or ?) - will these be the newer pintle-less? Fuel dampener? (OEM or aftermarket?) Fuel pressure regulator? (OEM or aftermarket?) Fuel lines? (hard kit or standard?) Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
